Sweepstakes Rules

These Sweepstakes Rules (the "Rules") govern StarCash promotional sweepstakes offers made available through the StarWins Services. The sponsor of the sweepstakes promotions is StarWins LLC ("StarWins," "Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our").

These Rules apply only to StarCash and any related sweepstakes promotions. StarCoins and social gaming are governed by the StarWins Social Gaming Terms of Use.

By participating in any StarCash sweepstakes promotion, you agree to these Rules.

1. No Purchase Necessary; Void Where Prohibited

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN STARCASH OR TO PARTICIPATE IN SWEEPSTAKES PROMOTIONS. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF OBTAINING A PRIZE.

StarCash sweepstakes promotions are void where prohibited and are subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Definitions

"StarCoins" means virtual coins used for entertainment play in social games (no cash value).

"StarCash" means promotional sweepstakes credits that may be used to participate in eligible gameplay and may be eligible for redemption as a prize subject to these Rules.

"Prize" means a cash prize (or cash-equivalent) you may request to redeem from eligible StarCash, subject to verification and these Rules.

"Redemption" means a request to convert eligible StarCash into a Prize.

"RTP" means "return to player," expressed as a percentage, used to determine the house edge for a specific game mode for purposes of these Rules.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to participate.

3.2 Location-Based Availability (Physical Location Controls)

StarCash sweepstakes promotions and prize redemptions are available only when you are physically located in a jurisdiction where StarWins offers StarCash sweepstakes promotions ("Permitted Jurisdictions").

Travel rule: If you are traveling, you may participate while physically located in a Permitted Jurisdiction, even if your residency is elsewhere, as long as you otherwise meet these Rules and applicable law.

We may use reasonable methods to determine your physical location (including device signals and other location verification tools). Use of VPNs, proxies, emulators, or location spoofing tools may result in restriction, disqualification, or account action.

3.3 Verification Required

We may require you to complete identity and eligibility verification before allowing any Redemption (see Section 9).

4. How StarCash Is Obtained

StarCash may be obtained through one or more methods described below. StarWins may add, remove, or modify StarCash earning methods at any time, subject to applicable law.

4.1 Promotional StarCash With StarCoins Purchase

StarWins may offer StarCash as a promotional bonus in connection with the purchase of StarCoins. StarCoins are purchased for entertainment value; StarCash is promotional and subject to these Rules.

4.2 Daily Free Claim (AMOE)

You may obtain StarCash via a free daily claim method:

• 1 claim per day, available as long as you log in and claim within the app.
• Additional eligibility conditions (if any) will be shown in-app at the time of claim.

4.3 Mail-In Method (AMOE)

StarWins also offers a mail-in free method of obtaining StarCash. The mail-in process, requirements, limits, and validation criteria will be substantially similar to Fliff-style mail-in requirements, including strict formatting and validation rules, and will be described in the in-app rules flow and/or a posted addendum to these Rules.

Mail-in requests that do not comply may be rejected in Sponsor's reasonable discretion.

5. StarCash Gameplay; General Conditions

• StarCash is promotional and may be used only within the Services as permitted.
• StarCash is not property, is non-transferable, and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned.
• StarWins may withhold, void, or adjust StarCash balances if we reasonably believe StarCash was obtained through error, fraud, abuse, policy violation, chargeback, or unauthorized methods.
• No Expiration (for now): StarWins does not currently expire StarCash due to inactivity.

6. Redemption Basics

6.1 General

Subject to these Rules, eligible StarCash may be redeemed for a Prize. Redemptions are not guaranteed and are subject to:

• completion of required gameplay (see Section 7),
• eligibility and identity verification (Section 9),
• fraud and compliance review (Section 10),
• and any other restrictions disclosed in-app.

6.2 Processing Fee

StarWins may charge a processing fee in connection with Redemptions. The fee amount and method of calculation will be disclosed before you submit a Redemption request.

6.3 No Redemption Request Throttling

StarWins does not currently limit how frequently you may submit Redemption requests as a matter of policy (subject to verification, fraud/compliance review, technical limitations, and lawful restrictions).

7. Gameplay Requirements Before Redemption (Variable by Game)

To request a Prize, StarCash must satisfy gameplay requirements (often called playthrough) that may vary by game and may be displayed in-app.

7.1 Why Requirements Vary

Each game may have a different RTP and therefore a different house edge. StarWins uses RTP-based logic to set gameplay requirements.

7.2 RTP-Based Playthrough Model (Example Framework)

For each eligible game, StarWins sets a required wagering/playthrough level that is based on the RTP/house edge of that game mode. The Services will display your applicable requirements in-app.

7.3 Display and Updates

Your current RTP and gameplay requirements will be shown in-app for each eligible game mode.

If Sponsor changes RTP assumptions or gameplay requirements for a game mode, Sponsor may apply changes prospectively (for new StarCash grants or new gameplay) and will disclose the applicable requirements in-app.

7.4 What Counts Toward Playthrough

The Services will define in-app what wagering counts toward requirements, including eligible game modes, minimum wager sizes, and any excluded activity (e.g., voided rounds, refunded rounds, or disallowed exploits).

8. Sponsor Discretion; Refunds in Lieu of Redemption

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarWins may, in its discretion:

• deny, delay, or cancel a Redemption request for compliance, fraud, or eligibility reasons, and/or
• refund purchases (including StarCoins purchases) in lieu of processing a Redemption, including where we determine the account is not eligible, is in violation of these Rules, or where applicable law or risk controls require it.

9. Identity and Eligibility Verification (No Credit Checks for Now)

Before processing any Redemption, StarWins may require you to complete verification steps, which may include:

• government-issued photo ID,
• proof of address,
• date-of-birth verification,
• device/account validation,
• and other reasonable checks.

No credit check for now: StarWins does not currently perform credit background checks as part of verification. StarWins may update verification practices over time, subject to law and notice.

If you fail verification or do not provide requested documentation within a reasonable time, your Redemption may be denied or delayed.

10. Fraud, Abuse, and Disqualification

StarWins may restrict participation, void StarCash, deny Redemption, or take account action if we reasonably believe you engaged in:

• fraud, cheating, exploits, or abuse,
• automation/bots/scripts/macros,
• payment abuse or chargeback abuse,
• use of VPN/proxy/location spoofing,
• identity misrepresentation,
• attempts to circumvent gameplay requirements or verification,
• or other violations of these Rules or the Social Gaming Terms of Use.

Note: StarWins does not disqualify users simply for criticism or "disparagement." Disqualification is based on conduct and rule violations (fraud/abuse/compliance), not opinions.

11. Taxes

You are responsible for any federal, state, local, or other taxes and reporting obligations associated with any Prize you receive. StarWins may issue tax forms where required by law and may require tax documentation (e.g., W-9) as a condition of Redemption.

12. Publicity Release

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by accepting a Prize you grant StarWins the right to use your name, username, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

13. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability

StarWins sweepstakes promotions are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarWins disclaims all warranties and limits liability as described in the Social Gaming Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference.

14. Disputes

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Rules are governed by the dispute resolution and arbitration provisions in the StarWins Social Gaming Terms of Use, which are incorporated by reference.

15. Changes to These Rules

StarWins may modify these Rules at any time. The "Last Updated" date indicates when changes were made. Continued participation after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, to the extent permitted by law.
